REST & gRPC

The Cosmos SDK query services, over REST (https://api.bkc.network, grpc-gateway) and gRPC (grpc.bkc.network:443, TLS).

Account types you will see: BaseAccount, and PeriodicVestingAccount for the vesting genesis wallets. Public keys are /cosmos.crypto.mldsa65.PubKey.

The endpoint is TLS on 443 — do not pass -plaintext. Reflection is enabled, so list and describe work without proto files. BKC's own service is bkc.bkc.v1.Query.

Broadcasting over REST

POST /cosmos/tx/v1beta1/txs with {"tx_bytes": "<base64>", "mode": "BROADCAST_MODE_SYNC"} accepts a signed transaction, as an alternative to CometBFT's broadcast_tx_sync.

Simulation does not work

/cosmos/tx/v1beta1/simulate fails on BKC: the chain only accepts SIGN_MODE_DIRECT, and simulation signs with SIGN_MODE_UNSPECIFIED. Budget gas explicitly — see Gas & fees.
