Versions
The npm packages are versioned together at 1.x. Chain-specific facts (message type URL, HKDF salt, signature scheme) live in @bkc-network-lib/*; a change there arrives as a release within ^1, so @bkc-network-lib/hardhat and your app pick it up without code changes.
